This media portfolio showcases Nicola's original content during her experience interning within the marketing team at Stone & Chalk, a co-working hub located in Sydney, Melbourne & Adelaide that fosters and accelerates the growth of emerging tech startups in Australia. Her practical university work is also included, which specialises in Foley sound production for screen.

At the age of three, Nicola started learning Italian and the violin, so her life oriented itself towards music and languages. Something that has caught her interest throughout her university career has been Foley sound production, and how it has the ability to manipulate what we hear and see. She is curious and excited to explore sound design in more depth and apply it to a variety of media platforms.
She also enjoys mixing and matching options to experiment and exercise ideas during production, and her creativity flows when working with other people to achieve a particular vision.
After having spent a year abroad in Italy, Nicola is motivated to work in a diverse, team environment, which produces content that connects to the wider community both nationally and internationally. ​

Nicola has experience in Marketing and Social Media content strategy, after having worked as a Marketing / Social Media Coordinator at Stone & Chalk (after her internship). She also has some experience in television broadcasting, where she worked for 2 months at Kayo Sports (Fox Sports Australia) as a Content Coordinator.

Nicola has also volunteered at FBi Radio, an independent, not-for-profit community radio station located in Sydney, supporting Sydney music, art and culture. Here, she also produced a Thursday lunchtime show.
